Here is a short article about an interesting modular, partially-enclosed, electric scooter concept (just two wheels on this one - and a couple of outriggers).  The scooter was designed by the Technical University of Munich, Germany.  A two-minute video showing it being built is included. It looks like a lot of thought went into the design and building of the vehicle.  I am impressed.  I doubt the major EV manufacturers could do any better.
