I am considering to upgrade my actual 2011 DS to 84V. Liveforphysics confirmed me that this great Agni 95R motor seem to wake up at that voltage and i am really curious to see what performance i can get.
I am considering buying that controller for the upgrade: KDH07601A from Kelly ( 240A cont and 600A peak with 12-90V) The current spec are really similar to the Alltrax AXE4855.
The zero rpm with the stock battery is apparently around 3000-4000rpm and the 95R can take up to 6000rpm.
I have a 2x DS 2010 battery that i can take some cell bank to tograde the voltage.
I will need to add a seperate DC-DC to supply the 12-30V power for the kelly and will also need to modify the wiring to let the MBB see only the OEM voltage of the zero ( 58V).. I will probably just add the extra 6s in serie after the positive of the zero battery and between the controller so only the controller will see 84V full charge.
That is that idea... or the second possibility would be to make dual Agni 95R and dual controller and to keep the original voltage but to add 14s 12p of cells bank... somewhere...if i find...
In both options, i will also have the possibility to reprogram the MBB to get better performances and reduce these torque limit at low speed wich will also boost the performances...
or.. i discard that &?%&*%? MBB and plug directly the controller to the battery and motor just like a normal conversion are and that i install my own 14s BMS...
