I have been able to clean the dust seals on my right-side-up forks by squirting some Tri-Flow lubricant on to the dust seals and letting it sit for a while then compressing the forks up and down. That will usually loosen embedded dirt and clean and lubricate the dust seal.  I have never had a fork seal leak using this maintenance procedure. while also keeping the fork sliders clean and protected with a rock shield or gaiter.  However, this is my first bike with upside-down forks (other than my GPR-S bikes, which don't count) and I don't know if this will help with those type of forks. But you could give it a try. It couldn't hurt - if you can figure out how to get the lube into the fork dust seals.

I been following zero forum , and so far seems zero always honours and exceeds their warranty obligations, even to the point of replacing parts and bikes with next years models.

Seems Zero is doing everything they can to build confidence in there brand.
Bad news travels fact and far, and they don't want that.

If you can share, how exactly did they come to that conclusion? It seems my replacement seal didn't quite do the job; it's still seeping, though not as badly. My dealer was going to contact Zero and get back to me, but since it's not leaking as badly as the first time I'm just wiping the slider down each day and riding it anyway.

Get them replaced (I had the same issue).

First attempt to fix by dealer was replacing the seals provided by Zero.
This did not stop the leak so with pictures, Dealer contacted Zero and
they sent a new fork (one side only). Still dry after a few hundred miles.
