Audi builds an electric bicycle

It is very cool...no question.

Now they may call it Ducaudi (that's what we say in Europe after the acquisition...)

Thats a very cool looking electric bike, id love to ride one of those, are they actually for sale yet, or is it just a concept prototype?

My guess is that it was another EV PR concept project.  I haven't heard a peep since the initial report.

So far there has been no indication that Ducati has the slightest interest in electric propulsion.  But I think they should give it a try.  With Audi's backing, it would be a nice addition to their model line and get them some valuable free exposure in the world's press.

24hrs Le Mans etc. - Audi wins it all with their hybrids. maybe it helps to push the motorcycle of the future. hybrid - that is another discussion.
