Slime Keychain electronic pressure gauge
« on: June 29, 2010, 07:13:15 AM »

Last Saturday I was in a Walmart store and came across a small electronic LCD tire pressure gauge that is designed to fit on a key chain. The gauge is about 2 & 1/2 inches long, 1 & 1/4 inches wide and 3/4 inch thick and is sold by Slime. It sells for only $6.50. The nice thing about this small gauge is that it has a pressure receptacle located at a 45 degree angle and it is possible to take the tire's pressure on just about any tire without hitting the disc brake, caliper, rear sprocket or wheel spokes. This is something that I can not say about most of my gauges, which many times foul the disc brake or sprocket when trying to get a pressure reading. The gauge's small size and low price make it useful for storing in your bike's tool kit.
