CCM Won't Stay Connected After Replacement
« on: November 15, 2024, 04:34:03 PM »

The original 3G CCM on my 2020 SR/S went tits up a few months ago and would never connect.  Zero provided the newer 4G model as a replacement, but it only connects when the key is on or the bike is charging.  I have a case number with Zero Technical Support and their latest is that the old CCM is still in their data base and they cannot figure out how to remove it.  Apparently their server can only resolve the conflict between the two units when the bike is powered and the new CCM is on full time.

Has anyone else who has had a CCM replaced seen a similar problem?  If so, what was your solution, if you found one?

Crickets
Mine hardly ever works but I never did anything about it.
Even if it did work, the app on my galaxy phone in the settings for the app, wont allow notifications. The slider wont move.
