Just back from a wonderful 800 mile ride to the St. Lawrence River, the Antique Boat Museum, and Boldt Castle. Worth a ride if you are into that kind of stuff.
For a short hop, I didn't wear earplugs, and heard an unusual racket coming from behind. Upon examination, I found that two of the four bolts holding the sidecase racks to the seat subframe were missing, and the other two were loose. Could have been quite the disaster had they all let loose.
Luckily found a well-stocked hardware store which had the correct metric bolts, and some Loctite. Continued trip without incident. But you might want to check yours to make sure you don't have the same problem.
After eleven motorcycles, the Experia is by far my favorite. Ride quality (low weight distribution, handling, acceleration, functionality), mileage, and looks are superior. I hope some knight in shining armor comes along to save Energica, and the Feds skin, draw and quarter that MOFucking leach Ideanomics and all its executives.
