I watched it and did some stopping of the video.

There is no rear section to attach saddlebags or whatever to.
There is room for a sprung seat
The reduction gearing is a bulbus thing making footpegs  under the seat not in the design but feet forward.  The belt drive is hard to determine where the sprocket is.
The finning on the battery compartment sort of remind me of livewire delmar.
For those that think both ends of the shock/spring should be equi distant from the swingarm pivot it is a fail.

If what I saw when I went to India a while back is any indication there will be a thousand kits for saddlebags or even taking your lady sitting sidesaddle on the back and if that's not enough in their home market a million guys in tiny shops will fabricate you something to meet your needs.
