 aka: Delta-Q QuiQ Battery Charger Programmer, 900-0089-02

Programmer isn't super useful (I have one) when you don't have the charging profiles to program, and for some reason everyone who came in touch with Lithium charging profiles keep them like a state secret. There is no capability in the software to download the profile from a charger, so cloning chargers isn't possible.
