For the price, it looks like a very decent bike, IMO. But as is, just for local use. It only has level one charging and a 6.2 KWH (max rating, I assume, so more like 5.5 KWH useable) battery.


Bike is too heavy for my RV to carry on the hitch. My 2017 Zero DS with the 7.2 KWH battery is lighter. I wonder what makes that CSC RXIE so heavy.


Using my own formula of 7 miles per useable KWH, for average mixed riding, expect to usually get around 40 miles of range in reality. The 112-mile spec, yeah, sure,  if you can ride all day at a steady 15 MPH.

At that size and weight it's disappointing that they didn't find room to have the charger be internal, and add some more battery capacity. However for the price it seems like it could be a decent alternative to the 7.2 Zeros, it doesn't really have any benefits other than the water cooled motor but that $5k saved could swing a lot of people.
