I honestly have nothing to say on that.  Must be a blue state thing, as that would NOT fly here in Fla. the cops would be all over that the next weekend, at least in Jax they would.  The state troopers love getting involved in stuff like that as well.
I guess Darwin likes bikes as well.
Still, no matter how it's done, getting these retarded morons off the road, is good.  That shit makes us all look bad and has to go.
The more they do stuff like that, the more drivers hate ALL bikers, and start doing stupid / DANGEROUS stuff to 'get even'.

Especially in Commiefornia where lane splitting is legal.  Hey look, here comes one of those biker assholes thinking he can slide by me, I'll just slide over to the left side of my lane and say I didn't see him, he intruded into MY lane, onus is on him.  Yah, that crap hurts everyone.
