as described, cells could offer  3C continuous, 5C burst current discharge.

Testing procedures:
1. charging the whole pack as standard 0.3C(30A) CC/CV.
2. discharge Battery Pack as 1C (100A) continuous current,
logged the NO.1-16 cells status, log the whole battery status.
3. charging the whole pack as 0.5C(50A) with abnormal charging current test,
abnormal charging current could be seem in curves.
4. discharge Battery Pack as 2C (200A) continuous current,
logged the NO.1-16 cells status, log the whole battery status.
5. charging the whole pack as 0.5C(50A) with abnormal charging current test,

6. discharge Battery Pack as 3C (300A) continuous current,
logged the NO.1-16 cells status, log the whole battery status.

With the test data automatic generated, the original Excel documents is about
25M, Original data could be download as following link for reference
https://docs.google.com/leaf?id=0B4vun5WB-ICkZTI5NDQ0NDMtZGY4NS00NDdlLWIwNzAtNmZiNjJhMGQ3OTU4&hl=en

The testing machine logged whole battery pack discharge, charge status,
also logged the 16 pcs of 3.2V 100A cells status, which in different colors. cells well shown the consistency of whole battery pack.

I take screenshoot of those curves, the NO.1-16 cells discharge curves, the whole battery pack discharging curves, for comparison.

Testing machine logged all 16 pcs of 3.2V100AH cells status,
and marked with different colors curves,
to identify the consistency of whole battery pack.
