You and I could both fully charge and balance our batteries, start out on a trip at 100 SOC.
When i start out the temperature outside is 86 degrees.
When you start out the temperature outside is 46 degrees.
We both accelerate to 45 mph and put our bikes on cruise control, lets assume we are in the desert and it's just a long ass straight road, no up and down with speed elevation or turns to deal with. Lets also assume both our bikes are identical and we both weigh the same and drive the same, ok you text while you drive, I'll watch the road
Let's ride for 100 miles.
At the end YOUR SOC is going to be quite a bit different than mine.
Who's is wrong??
Still don't understand why people want to run with this, measure with a micrometer, mark with chalk, and cut with an axe mentality and expect micron presision.
Oh, and by the way. let's say your SOC was now 20 percent at 46 degrees after your ride. You decide to call it a night after your long arduous night of riding and sleep till noon. the temperature is now 88 degrees out and the sun's been beating down on your bike for a while now. Your SOC just went from 20 percent to 28 percent when you turn your bike back on but you did not have it on a charger.
Hmm, something must be broke,....... this CAN'T be accurate !!
Quick, get the elastic tape measure, body fat percentages are NEEDED NOW !!!!
