Hit 40k miles this morning on my 2016 SR.
Lifetime maintenance:
On-board charger replaced in warranty ($0)
DC-DC converter replaced out of warranty ($600)
1 set of brake pads ($15)
1 belt ($102)
2 brake fluid changes ($6)
4 sets of tires ($1420)
Electricity ($1200)
Average operating cost of 8 cents per mile.

I'm surprised at you getting so long out of your brake pads and tyres. At what distance did you replace the belt, and was it preventative or did it break?

My commute is 90% highway miles.  I run my tires until the rear is somewhat flat in the middle, but still basically new on the sides and good tread on the front.  I replaced the brake pads at 30k miles when they just started to squeak and they still had a fair amount left on them.  Most of my braking is from regen. 

I replaced the belt around 18k miles.  The belt broke when I rode full throttle over a dip in the road that was about 1 cm deep.  It was dark outside and I didn't realize that they had done construction the day before on the on-ramp.  It must have been enough to get some wheelspin because the belt looked like it was in good condition otherwise.

Funny this post comes up because I was just thinking about something like this this morning... see how far people have ridden these things. I was thinking about it because I did a kind of capacity test to see how well my battery is faring. Turns out, its almost like new! I have a 2020 SRS bought new Sept 2020, and I've put 36000 miles on it so far.

Like me at 81.75k miles (less 2.8k miles that the original owner put on it the first yr).
I lost track of tires, belts, pads, but it did get a new charger & battery.
I fully expect to go over 100k easily.

My 2020 SR/S has 28,000. The stock tires lasted 9,000, the Dunlop Roadsmart 3 replacements lasted 17,000 thousand. I now have 2,000 miles on the second set of Dunlops.I have replaced two belts due to rock damage. The original had a small rock punch a hole through the center of the belt riding on a muddy gravel road and the second was from riding on fresh chip seal with tar covered gravel flying all over. Both equally dumb. I carry the original belt with the hole in the center as a spare. It got me home when the second belt snapped so I guess I am still getting some value out of it as an emergency spare.
