This is dated Feb 24, 2023:

"While Tesla has now installed Magic Docks at least two different stations, neither of them are active yet for owners of other EVs to plug in and charge."

See here.

And yet this says it's up and running: https://www.plugshare.com/location/230745

One of the local Experia riders is going to check it out today and snap some pretty pictures. Hopefully it works!

Did you notice there are no non-Tesla check-ins there? Hopefully it works for that Energica rider and he checks in.

BTW, with the new Chargepoints that don't work on the 21.5/ 22.5 KHW Energicas, is there any plan for CP to update their FW to something that will work?

And since you're the charger expert here, can you explain why they work so well on the 13KWH batteries (such as my 2020 SS9-) but not on the 21.5/22.5 KWH batteries?

It's active now. If you go to your app, profile, settings there you can add a non Tesla EV.

I own a Tesla and my Tesla app already has the "charge your non-Tesla". But is that the only account I need, or do I need to have a separate one for CCS charging?

I sure wish Tesla would start where they are needed the most. Places such as Lake Topaz and Susanville where they only have Tesla and nothing else.

I see an Energica  Experia just now successfully charged there! That is great news!

Has the photo of his Experia there too!

Now if they can do that at Lake Topaz, NV, Hawthorne, NV, Susanville, CA and a few hundred other places where needed very much where they now only have Tesla.

Not my camera. This forum has ancient code that should auto resize.

But doesn't, so we should do it ourselves.

Wow an Energica and a Vinfast in Scotts Valley. That's an unusual sight!

Niiice.

@Don, you should be able to use the app and add another EV with your existing Tesla account. Haven't tried it myself yet, but in out of the country for the winter.

I hope to be able to add three vehicles for a total of four.  Tesla, Chevy Bolt and both of my Energicas. I almost never use the Tesla App, but I always have it with me (turned off).  But that could change soon, where I keep it on (and charging)  while riding.

I just now noticed that kcash333's check-in said "8 kw". I hope that was a mistake, I have charged my Zero SR at 8 KW on a J-1772 many times.
