MBB Firmware V28
« on: December 01, 2022, 04:55:17 PM »

Has anyone seen the release notes for MBB Firmware V28?  The Next Gen app on my phone tells me it's available.

I updated mine without any problems - by which of course I mean there was 5 failed attempts and and when it did update it took at least 30 minutes. No idea what's in the update though.

Still no release notes on the Zero website, but it appears to fix a Cypher III upgrade issue:

New Cypher III Firmware Released
New firmware will be released for our Cypher III operating systems as of today, Thursday November 24th.? This update includes the following:

Cypher III MMB Rev 28, BMU Rev 8, BMS Rev 21
Models: All SR/F, SR/S, DSR/X - MY22+ SR

Resolves an issue preventing users from purchasing and activating 10% Faster Charging Cypher upgrade feature

...

So, the update is only to fix this particular issue, it seems...
