I hear that the recent rain over the Mosquito fire really helped to dampen it down. The fire is now 48% contained.  :)
60% contained right now.

Just heard that the demo bikes are on a boat and that includes some customer bikes. Since they couldn't get the demo bikes out quick enough they are just shipping them with customer bikes as well. ~45 days in transit most likely. Hoping they are here by late October, but most likely early-mid November.

Thanks for the info!

But how do you get such info?  My local Energica dealer has not heard a thing.

I wonder how many bikes are on a boatload.

My dealer gave me a call with an update. Guess they had just talked to Energica. I'm sure your dealer will be getting the same info shortly if they are notifying dealers.

I just spoke to dealer in Wisconsin, says he received a 2023 Ribelle Demo 2 weeks ago and is expecting a Experia Demo any day now.

Maybe we are getting close.

But where i that Experia located right now? Are there any in the USA yet?

Anyway, I figure I will get mine in time for the snow in this area. ;)

At this point, I am in no hurry. But I was told I would get mine in September. They have four hours left! :)

I wonder what the delay is--again. I was told I should get my Experia in early September and have not received any info. since the day I ordered (June 1).   Neither has my local dealer received any info.

I would expect better from Energica than keeping us in the dark for so long.

If they shouldn't be here until Dec/Jan, that means they have not yet even been shipped out.   So expect even more delays possible.

Quote from Energica
Their excuse for not having the bikes ready is legitimate. But them not informing us before September isn't great customer service.

I hear most motorcycle harnesses are made in Ukraine, especially for European bikes. I can understand how that can cause a major issue.

Yep, but I am a bit confused now by your message number 31 here. Are some customer bikes already on the water?  And if so, any Experias?

Yup, has me confused as well - I reached out to ask about it. I will let you know what I hear back.

I hope your dealer knows more about it than mine. My dealer is being kept in the dark as much as I am.

I hope you hear something soon.

I assume both can be true, that they have some bikes being shipped out, but they cannot build any more for now. Since I ordered on the first minute possible, I would think mine would be in the first batch. Obviously, they have several Experias built, we just have no clue how many compared to the demand.

I assume you have not yet heard anything.

I am now expecting another delay even when Dec/Jan comes. It's obvious now that their guesses are no better than ours.   It's not only Enegica that is having such problems. I hear Honda and many other brands where some models had to be ordered are now having these same issues.

I don't blame anybody other than somebody should have told us all officially about the issue, even if they cannot give a date. I would rather hear they have no idea other than them giving us a BS date. Hearing they have no idea is honest and that I can accept a lot better than their guesses.
