Mounted a Dual Sport Screen on my FX-21. Never had a bike with screen before. What do you think about the height and the angle of the screen? Bad weather here today so no test riding.

Took it for a spin, kind of disapointed
There was a lot of turbulence and it hit me right on the top of my helmet and the noise was just awful. Ajusted the angle of the screen so the wind would hit the helmet right on, but that was even worse.

I haven't mounted the plastic hoose that is cut in half, but i guess that wouldn't make any difference?
The range seems to be a lot worse with the screen.

In my experience, a narrower windscreen like this should be angled slightly toward the rider. Air should be allowed to flow under the windscreen so that there is laminar flow up both the inside and outside of the screen. After the flow recombines at the top, it should hit right around the top of the helmet. If it's done wrong, your helmet can end up smack in the middle of an awful wind rotor.

Yes I think that is exactly what happend. It was a terrible vibrating noise. I lowered the screen 10cm and it was much better, especially in lower speeds. But there is still som turbulence. If I strech my back up the air hits me under the chin and it's much less noise, so I think I will lower it another 4-5cm and see what happens.

One big difference is at high speed, much less wind on my shoulders and chest, but thats kind of wrong enviroment for the FX.
Tried to put on the tubing around the upper side of the screen, but it doesn't want to stay on when the wind starts blowing.
