If the requirements to get an EV purchase IRS credit approved as detailed in the article that I posted in the General Discussion, which is in the bill passed by the Senate yesterday has not been simplified, then it could be really tough to obtain IRS approval of your EV purchase next year. There is no way the purchaser could document all of those build requirements if the manufacturer does not submit documentation to the IRS proving that each one of their vehicles meets the requirements of the law. While H-D might be able to document their LiveWire bikes, I am not sure that Zero or Energica are going to be able to meet those document requirements to prove where each part comes from and if the country where the raw materials are sourced conforms to the law.    ???
