RGNT Classic and Scrambler EV models
« on: April 15, 2022, 07:29:08 PM »

These two new French electric motorcycle models look nice and clean. As French vehicle designs go these are not bad looking. Pretty traditional, with just a electric power pack lump inserted into the frame. Since they are low production bikes, their prices are not exactly bargains:  https://thepack.news/rgnt-motorcycles-presented-renewed-classic-and-scrambler-models-at-french-flagshipstore-in-paris/

Yes, 15K € for a 20kW motor / ~10kWh battery in an unremarkable design reminiscent of 1960s British bikes.
Yawn. Yet another of the eleventy-zillion BEV bike startups, 99.9% of which will disappear without a trace 2 years, all of which actively slow actual adoption of BEV bikes.
