Just a minor FYI to those who might still be riding a 2014S (or similar): a couple of parts that with wear might go airborne. In January, the tank bag's woven retaining loop and velcro had worn and, when not weighted, went aloft as I accelerated for a freeway merge. In March, the rear half of the original, 2 piece front fender detached while driving at 40 mph and was shortly thereafter crushed by subsequent traffic before I could retrieve it. There is a replacement single piece fender available through Zero, but with fading of the main panels that new fender is a cosmetic mismatch, que sera sera.

If anyone has other parts that were unanticipated wear items, please let me know so I can keep an eye on them!
