There isn't one AFAIK.
My dealer tried to get from Zero and all they sent was Instructions for the DS 

I've installed it though, so if any questions LMK.
The Bracket goes between Bike Frame & New Cover, to add strength.
Unfortunately the nice new cover, they give you, is undersized, for the thickness of the strengthening bracket.
Therefore, there's an unsightly Panel Gap, between the Tail Plastics, around the rear blinkers

Some of it applies to the SR/F.
At least, I know what the Foam Strips are for now (although I didn't need them).

BTW, you can use other Top Case, with that Mount (not limited to SH39).
I run the smaller SH34, but the lid fits loose & rattles, so I had to install weatherstrip to fill the looseness between lid and lower case.
I wonder if this trait is "normal" for Top-Boxes?

I was asked to show my "Fix" for the Shad Top Box Rattle.
I couldn't attach pictures to a PM, so I'm attaching them here.

The Shad Lid rattles horribly.
I guess ICE Bikes w/ Loud Exhaust would never know.
However, it ruins the experience for Electric Bike Riders.

I had to install Adhesive Felt & WeatherStripping in the Mating Surfaces of the Lid & Lower Box.
The lid needs more force to close, but the WS Foam loosens up after a while.
The rattle does go away after this.
