New Gen2 App (at least for Android)
« on: September 04, 2021, 05:22:04 PM »

Ran my updates today on my Galaxy S10 and discovered an update for the Zero app.  No chance to check it out yet but I thought I'd let everyone know.

Rumor has it that Zero is giving the app some attention and trying to make it a lot less buggy. I guess we'll find out.

The new version or the app that I had not seen before worked really well on my cheap Android cell phone.  The one thing that I wish the app still had was the remaining KWh of the battery pack that was displayed on the original app that I used to check the battery status of my 2014 S with PT. But about a year later Zero got rid of that interesting piece of information when they updated that version of the app.  :'(  Perhaps it was a little too interesting.  ::)  It did seem to be quite accurate when using a Kill-A-Watt meter to check the battery capacity when recharging.

The notes on the update just mention support for the 2022 models (and they listed the FXE).  Wonder what other changes are in store for 2022 besides Bold! New! Graphics!
