There are two things that strike me as odd, one is having such a low powered (6kw) motor liquid cooled, adding complexity and expense to the bike, and the other is just where the motor is mounted. It looks like a pretty complex swingarm mount, which seems really unnecessary when they could have done a more traditional mid-drive setup. Especially since they didn't seem to use it to save space, with that awkward gap between the swingarm mount and the "tank"
A little digging unveils the motor they are using is the sur-ron motor, which is extra confusing since the actual sur-ron is air-cooled.
The battery being 60v as well makes me think this is essentially a sur-ron redesigned for street riding, which isn't a bad idea. If and when it comes out is anyones guess though. There have been so many demos and prototypes of similar bikes over the years that are still not in production.
This article is from sept of 2019, and claimed that production was starting soon after. Clearly, that didn't happen.
