I have a 16 ZERO FX that was been at the dealer twice since September because it is not charging. They replaced the MBB and Charger, said it was working, but its not working.  Green light comes on but there is not current draw.  If the batteries are full the green light will stay on otherwise the green light will go off after 10-15 seconds. You hear the contactor clicking open/closed.  I can charge with my external charger, a DeltaQ, through the fast charge port.  The dealer said they checked the fuses, but either the main fuse or some other fuse seems like the only problem cause of this.  Help me, don't even want to talk about what I already paid for nothing.

Doesn't the dash have a display aside from the green LED?  Did you try downloading the error codes?

There are no error codes. Dealer said the log looks normal that there is nothing there, charger just doesn't start charging.

You said the contactor clicks open and closed, does that mean you hear two clicks when you try to charge it? It should close and then stay closed, if it's opening back up there's a problem that's causing it to do that and I would imagine it will be mentioned in the logs and possibly flash an error code on the dash. Can you upload the logs here?
