New guy in the community
« on: November 30, 2020, 03:44:02 PM »

Hello to all.

As I am new to this forum I'd like to introduce myself.

My name is Thorsten, age towards 50.
I startet to drive electric back when the French delivered the Clio Electric, so there is some experience.

2 years ago I stopped riding my huffing and puffing motorbike and sold it.
You all know how it is, once a biker ... biker for lifetime, so I started to look into the available options.

Originally I was looking for the SuperSoco TCMax, came to the Zero S, then the DS and now I ended up buying a SR/S ... the deal was just too yummy.
18500€ for a 0Km 08/2020 SR/S Premium is a good deal, correct me if I'm wrong.

So now I have to wait for the delivery to happen but as it is cold there is no urge (yet)

I'm really looking forward to a little warmer weather.

That was it for now.
Have a nice christmas time everybody.
Thorsten

P.S: If someone is coming from South-Germany (Darmstadt, Mannheim) I'm interested in touring ;)

Welcome, Thorsten.  Nice to hear from you.  I am sure you will love riding your SR/S once you receive it and when the weather warms up a bit this spring. :) If it is too cold to ride, you can always spend your time reading the extensive owner's manual and polishing your new bike.  ;)

That's quite a range of bikes to look at!  That's almost a 10x difference price range ^-^

Welcome!

Welcome to the community. That's a great deal on an SRS indeed! Congrats on that.

Congratulations on your new bike Torsten.
Just a hint of a warning: That electric torque is highly adfictive 😉.
Have fun rides an always a hand's with of asphalt under your tires!
