Nee prepared for lots of mud and water being picked up and thrown at your back. At least for the SRF with the short rear seat. The SRS is longer so maybe that works better.
I tried removing the rear mounted fender but had to put it back after the first wet ride. Numberplate and blinkers are since then mounted where the bottom part of the optional rear rack is fitted.
Tip of you remove the rear fender look within the cable cover material for the plate light for a connector cause it's hidden in there. Unplugging that allows for rerouting that wire underneath the seat without cutting.
Even with an extended rear fender I had to put the rear mounted fender back. See this test ride.
