First off that's one ugly bike. Secondly I don't get why it's set up like a race bike when it probably never will be raced and would be a poor choice for a base bike if racing was the intended use. Thirdly thumb brakes are for bikes that have a clutch lever in the way. It's a nice colour at least.

Beauty is in the eye's....I like it. Also, I will take a left hand rear brake any day over a foot.

A hand brake is definitely better than a foot brake, but a proper brake lever is better than a thumb one.
