This bike has apparently been on Cycle Trader for the past 30 days.  It is a really cheap price for anyone who wants an electric motorcycle to try out.  But it is kind of suspicious why it hasn't sold yet for that price. Perhaps because of the COVOD-19 situation?

The ad says it's a parts bike, which implies it's not running, which implies it has a problem with one or more major systems, and it has already been partially cannibalized. That probably limits the potential buyers to those who have recently crashed that exact make/model.

I saw that statement, but if it is not running the dealer should certainly mention the fact. Needless to say that is an important piece of information for a potential customer, especially if this bike is being sold by a dealer. The photos make the bike look complete.
