Grats!
Got mine as well, but am currently experiencing some issues with the bike and waiting for various companies between me and zero to get a move on..

As soon as it's back on the road i too would like to get mine installed. :)
If you find any smart tips as to how to mount the type 2 connector and the switches, do feel free to post it. I'm currently thinking of making a mounting plate for them.

Where on the bike would you put the mounting plate?

Got this possibility from Alec @ @englishelectricmotorco.com:

The switch is where the socket of the stock charger is normally located. It think this looks nice and clean. No clue where the other switch went.

Look at this video for an alternative; inside the tank area:

I am not sure where I am going to place it, I was considering on the outside of the "tank" but at first sight there is not a large enough flat spot on it. I hope to have some time this week to go and take the plastics of the bike to assess my options.

If you have cases on the bike; some have put them in there as well!

That is where the fast DC charging port was installed on Zero, before they had to give up on them, because the DC fast charging stations are not going low enough in the voltage to match the Zero battery voltage  (I believe that they're supposed to go as low as 50V, but they're not).
So it's the best place to install a charging port, but, the new models  side plastics are covering that spot, so they (the plastic covers) have to be cut.

I did manage to install a pair of those HK-J 3.3 chargers in the chin position where the lower plastics go.

I have custom aluminum plates that join everything together and make a good mount.

The bike was lost in a bad crash, but one of the chargers survived and still works.

I'm considering on the other side of the frame in your picture.(on the right side of the picture) It's a more open space so i can fit all 3 components there.
Would prefer not to use the switch location you've pictured as others have mentioned it's right next to their leg when riding.
Putting it further back would also mean it would be more exposed to water, so I'm counting on help from my works mechanical department to come up with smart ideas.

That is indeed what Alec did for the set-up in the picture that I shared. He did a really nice job on that.

What do you mean with all 3 components? The Mennekes socket and the two on/off switches?

The place where one can put a USB port is also a nice place for the switches. I am not sure if both would fit there however. It would mean that the wires to the switches will have to be extended. Maybe somewhere in on the front side of the "tank" would be a good place as well.
Finding a place for the Mennekes is the biggest challenge for me.

Idk.. i like having them close to the Type2 plug.. I am however contemplating making the "activate charger" switch into a keyswitch for added security..
But yes.. The Type2 connector is rather big physically.. :)

From this picture it is clear that there is a place "reserved" for an inlet plug. The Mennekes inlet plug is however slightly larger than the inlet plug that is supposed to go here, that is probably because it was an US type of inlet plug. On the battery cover there are two plastic "plugs" that cover the holes where the bolts for the inlet were supposed to go (one is visible in the picture) and on the "inside" of the frame there are two holes for bolts.

The cutout is for the CHAdeMO charging upgrade that Zero offered from 2013-to-mid-2014 and then discontinued. You can find CAD drawings for the inlet bolt layout online to make an adapter bracket or the like.

Are the drawings in the unofficial manual?  What keyword would I use to find it?

The unofficial manual does not rehost copyrighted material as a rule (although I keep copies for preservation of everything relevant I encounter, and there are some excerpts for illustrative purposes.)

If you google "CHAdeMO inlet drawing" or "Yazaki CHAdeMO inlet drawing", you'll find a PDF with the right measurements.

Well, the manual could have links or keywords!
