In the case of my small Zero FX, the motor has 20 kW max power and battery 6500 Wh. We don't get the max power though. It's best to measure power in Wh/mi, as displayed on the dashboard.
The FX averages anywhere from 80 Wh/mi for 40 MPH on the flats to 220 Wh/mi going up a steep hill or on a freeway. My typical ride with some hills or freeway averages 105 Wh/mi. Dividing (6500 Wh) / (105 Wh/mi) = 60 miles average range. Similarly I have a minimum range of 30 miles and maximum of 80 miles.
The Zero SR has a 50 kW motor, and the SR/F has an 80 kW motor. They'll have correspondingly larger Wh/mi averages. You may be able to scale these numbers taking into account your battery kWh and motor kW to make some estimates.
Can your bike display consumption in Wh/mi? Then you can estimate your range in any particular riding style by dividing 20000 Wh by the consumption when riding in that style.
