I noticed on AF1 that the plastics have different part numbers for the color, and there are two yellows.

The black for the 2014 is "24-04432-1 SDS TAIL TOP BLACK#2" but I'm trying to match the yellow tank I have and there are two yellow parts with that number.

I checked the forum and https://zeromanual.com/wiki/Color_Guide and neither supplies the part numbers.

Does anyone know them?  It's either "SDS TAIL TOP - YELLOW #1 - ZM24-04432-5" or "SDS TAIL TOP YELLOW #2 - ZM24-04432-7"

Could it be that Yellow #1 is 2013-2015 and Yellow #2 is 2016? Then Black #2 would 2013-2015 (so includes 2014 like you were looking at) and then there should be a Black #1 for 2012. You could also see if there are 3 Oranges for 2013, 2014/15, and 2016 and maybe two Reds for the 2012 S and 2014-2016 SR.

Another theory would be that the final digit of the part number is for the year, so the Yellow #1 is from 2015 and dyed yellow and the Yellow #2 is from 2017 and would be painted yellow. Again there should be two Reds available with one ending in a 7 for the 2017 SR and multiple Oranges with one ending in 7.

There are two oranges and one each red, black, white, and green under this part number.

I would expect the first yellow is the yellow I want, but I'm guessing the second yellow will be the only one available if at all (it says the black one is the one that's painted the color.)

Oh!  The front mudguard is called 'Yellow #1' or 'black #2' in the 2014 parts catalog.  So that must be the right color
