Just picked up my 2020 SR/F a few days ago. I noticed that when I lock my bike with the wheel turned all the way to the left, the hydraulic line and the ABS wire rub against the plastic cover behind the wheel. It doesn't look like a big deal at the moment, but I imagine after a few hundred of these touches...

Does anyone else have this problem?  May be there is a way to adjust the line and the wire?

Cheers,
Paul.

Oh, wow! Do you mean Zero bikes? I had Kawasaki ZX6R and Yamaha R3 before and they didn't have this problem.
Thank you very much for the advice! I'll go shop for the protection sticker...  :(

If someone could take photos and share, that would probably help us assess what to look for and maybe what to do.

Thanks!

I own a SR 2017 and I have had the same problem.
The brake line rubs against the front fender.
Made some nice scratches while riding before I noticed.

I wonder if this is a fit and trim issue with individual bike.  Because the bikes I saw at the dealer the cables bent the other way in and S curve.

Mine has nearly worn through the plastic in 5000 miles.  The front brake line is not sized and aligned properly from the factory.

I agree - the brake line seems to be too long. I spoke to the dealer and sent them these pics as well - I will keep you posted. Besides cosmetic wear, this is a potential safety issue.

My cables touch the plastic as well. I checked a picture of the demo bike I rode in April and there it looked the same.

Also on mine. If you compress the shocks the bend should also increase.
