Hello, I'm selling my 2016 Zero SR 13.0
+ 25.8k miles
+ 13kwh battery
+ Zero OEM Touring Windscreen
+ Bar Riser 1.5" for a more upright riding position
+ Tail Delete
+ New Michelin tires recently replaced, will last 12k-16k
+ New Drive Belt replaced recently
+ Can do a realistic 100 miles ride of mix 50/50 city/highway.
I bought the yellow Quik-Charger (in pics) which uses a much beefier design that plugs straight to the battery proprietary connector. This charging method have not seen a single incident of the charger going bad.
The OEM onboard charger is not working, this is a known issue with these bikes as the OEM charger was not quality-built. Zero admitted this and has made a redesign but even the new unit are not guaranteed to last.
I want to emphasize that the OEM charger not working is a very common issue with these bikes, most owners experience the 2nd or 3rd OEM charger eventually failing as well. This Quik-Charger will last the life of the bike.
I advise that you do your research on these bikes so you know what you're buying. The bike doesn't require any maintenance besides tires, brakes, and the occasional belt-drive replacement.
The ideal use for this bike is it's relaxing commuting capabilities and short distance joyrides. You won't feel tired going to work on it and it was my primary reason getting it. With the touring windscreen I have on, you will barely feel any wind buffeting on your helmet and chest on the freeway at 80mph. If you ride motorcycles you should know what I mean by that.
I'm working from home a lot more these days so it is better off with someone who needs to use it.
Thank you for looking! You can text me at (7 one 4) six 6 one - 4 three 6 one.
