FIM is doing its usual stellar job of promoting this event. The MotoE Facebook page has absolutely nothing about this event. I'd really like to watch it.

If your cable provider has beIN Sports:
10:00 AM EDT is the MotoE qualifying on Saturday
3:55 AM EDT is the MotoE race on Sunday.

MotoE is also on MotoGP.com (subscription). They have Saturday's E-Pole qualifying video (click video then "No-Spoiler"). I believe it will be broadcast on the site live as well at 3:00AM US Central Time. It's gonna be a late night for me.

Edit: race was great. Be sure to catch it. This will be a good series.

beIN broadcast the race at 5:30 PM yesterday so I did catch it.  That was an EXCITING race!  The promoters decided that the races would NOT be determined by power conservation so the competitors were able to go all out using the full power of the bikes.  Since the races are relatively short you don't have those long "processionals" that tend to mar the other races in the series.  Just a shame a short race had to be cut even shorter due to the red flag but it WAS refreshing to hear something other than the Spanish national anthem during the podium ceremony!

Yes, exciting race, a tire shredding sprint. So much better than the boring Formula E fiasco.

At lunch today at my usual deli, a guy came up to me and asked if it was me he'd seen get off that Zero in the parking lot. I allowed that it was me, and he mentioned that he'd watched the MotoE race over the weekend and had enjoyed it. Apparently he's an Aprilia rider but now he's considering going electric. Asked the usual questions about price, range, etc. and I gave my usual responses, including my usual half-joke about how range anxiety was just for people who couldn't manage their affairs very well, and he laughed, but it seemed like he was actually thinking about it in a way he hadn't before. I told him about my 263-mile-in-one-day trip, and he was surprised that sort of thing was possible.

I've owned my 2014 SR since January 2014, in the same area of San Diego county the whole time, and maybe three or four people have asked me about my bike in all that time (not including when I bring it up). But the day after the MotoE race, I got another hit. Just goes to show it's hard to beat a good ole "mine's faster'n yours" to excite and inform people.

Great to hear that. The Dorna guys did a good job with the broadcast. I don't know if everybody saw the same one. It always feels good to be able to spread the word. The more we get seen the more likely people are to accept electrics. Otherwise all they hear is the whiners and the trolls.
