Hi! Here is the first media review on Youtube about the new Zero SR/F. It's in dutch but it's nice to see it finally on the streets and hear the first thoughts.

The bike a a dutch bike though.

The review itself is more of a summup of specs already known from the specsheets.
The 6 kw fast charger picture made me laugh a bit because it’s actually a 1kW delta_Q charger for all models except the SR/F.

Other than that it good to see reviews finally. Hopefully more will follow shortly

Yes, you're right. I used auto translate and the license plate made me think that.

Nothing new but she also says it does the 0-100kmh on 3.3s. It could be true? I hope the SR/F is below 3s. You can see on the accelearation from standing that the bike is on street mode though.

That review is quite poorly prepared. A lot of mistakes in it, apparently the premium version has more range than standard and that you get a 4k government grant (which you get here for some electric cars, but not zero).

As far as I know, both versions has the same 14.4 battery so both has exactly the same range. In any case it would be a bit less range since the premium version adds some extra kgs due to the 6kw charger.

Well, I guess I now know that my dealer got the demo in.
The question is, should I take a day of time off to go see Phil at Cleveland Moto and try to wrestle the keys away from him?

I wonder why the dealers seem to be getting two demonstrators, instead of just one?  You would think one would be enough and that would leave another one for a paying customer. 

Personally, the baby blue color doesn't do it for me.  I would have preferred a dark blue.    I wonder how Zero decides upon the colors for their bikes?  I was always happy with the older models' bright yellow, red or black.

Yes I totally agree.  With the backlog of preorders, you would think they would send one demo bike to each dealer, then take care of their loyal customers who have been waiting since March and then they can always send the second demo.  Not sure what their thinking is.  Certainly not looking out for their customer base.

As for the color, blue is my usual favorite.  I usually like the darker blues also but being my ICE bike is a deep blue, I'm kind of glad this is lighter.  They say the pics don't do it justice, I can't wait to see.  The red is very sporty but around here riding a bright red sport bike is like holding a sign asking the cops to pull you over.

Considering how little painted surfaces there are it cannot be too expensive to wrap, though wrapping a motorcycle is never easy this one looks like a walk in the park

One problem that I have with pastel blues and greys is that I do a lot of riding in heavy fog and I am worried about blending into the environment and becoming too stealthy.
