I really am getting confused about the "Volt" brand.  Is that the same thing as the "Volta"?  I wounder how many "Volts" there are chasing a share of the EV market around the World? In any case, this Italian Volt concept looks nice, as you would expect from any Italian design, but I sure wouldn't want to ride it very long. Those bars are really low - also typical of Italian motorcycle designs.
