It looks like a great flying lawnmower to me.  Kind of like an updated FlyMo.  ;)

I was thinking the exact same thing. An unplanned dismount from that thing would be life-threatening even from ground height. The only way I'd even consider getting on that contraption is with kevlar clothes, outerwear and underwear besides.
