Here is a neat device for holding your front brake on to keep your bike from rolling when the motor is off, should you not want to use a Velco tie or something similar:

Or use Velcro Strap, often used for cable management.

Zero now lists a new parking brake accessory that uses a paddle to directly lock an add-on caliper to the rear disc. The 2017 owner's manual references it as well:
