Hello all -

Anyone have any idea where Zero sources their incidental connectors?  Specifically, I'm looking to mate up with the tail/brake light connector on my 2011 S; I'm working on a "tail tidy" and have gotten into the wonderful world of super bright LEDs ...... DIY-style.

These look like Molex products, but the pins are narrow blades rather than cylindrical "pin-in-socket" type.

Eastern Beaver is my go-to source for motorcycle electrical supplies. The connectors page might have the right connectors but I went with making new connections and once using some Posi-Taps.

This looks like a great resource;  I've done all of the "new connection" things, such as adding a second connector/connectors in series with the original.  Even the posi-tap ...... but I really would like to be able to make a new pigtail to my new LED driver with a mating OEM connector ...... just for once!

Went ahead and ordered a few sets of these from Eastern Beaver:

I think they are the very ones used by Zero on the 2011 S.  We shall see ..... !

Well, Eastern Beaver has turned out to be a very useful resource.  This is a small operation based in Japan, and on their very well-organized website you will find a selection of  electrical connectors used on motorcycles, particularly Honda bikes .... and as it turns out, Zero!  At least the 2011 model S taillight connector.

Can't say whether Zero continued to use these very solid flying-lead connectors in later years, but the above referenced connector mates perfectly with the harness on my bike, for what it's worth.
