Free Victory Empulse (Sweepstakes)

Just found this Victory Empulse Sweepstakes highlighting their efforts at Pike's Peak.

I know more people entering will reduce my chance of winning, but I'd rather see someone here get it.

The competition is a vote for electric vs gas on the mountain - Victory is racing both the Project 156 bike as well as the Empulse RR, badged in the test below as the Empulse TT.

! No longer available

Differences from past Empulse RR bikes are a lack of fairing, single-piece handlebar instead of clip-ons, and guards over the grips.

I thought all bikes on Pikes Peak not require the single piece handlebar as they have outlawed clip-ons?

They banned any production bike that comes stock with clipons. I'm not sure what they do for prototypes but I guess they make them use single-piece handlebars as well.
