Looking for a Dead ZERO 2011 DS Battery
« on: April 06, 2016, 03:09:38 PM »

Hey guys,

I'm looking to rebuild my pack.  I have a pretty good idea how to do the general assembly.  I don't understand the BMS wiring at all.  Looking to crack open a bad battery to learn now to wire up the new.  in the meantime, I don't want my bike in pieces scattered all over my tiny and ever-shrinking apartment.

If I can get my hands on some IBR-26700A cells (168).  And a dead battery, I think I can do the assembly of the pack myself.  The Dealer want's 6K for a replacement battery.  And they said nothing about any changes in CELL's either output and just wanted to push me into a new bike.

you should be able to send me an email direct through this site .

If you happen to have one sitting around.. please let me know.

Go with  Nissaln Leaf module like many did to repair their Zero 2011 battery.

These are perfect.. you need 7 modules sold to about 120$ each from hybridautocenter.

Would you be interested in a working 2012 Zero XU battery?

I have a 2012 zero s 9kw battery available. It is in perfect condition, I pulled the bike apart and am going to make a race bike, so I need a smaller/lighter battery. Would you be interested?
