Well, I found another acceleration test video and it seems that it's 3,8 seconds in reality for the Ego.
So next we need the shootout between the Ego and SR to settle which one is the fastest!

Did we ever get a distance on those races?  Looks like 1/8 mile from the bubble camera lens.
