I understand the diginow supercharger is the emotorwerks 12KW version altered to fit in the Zero "tank" area by removing fans. With fewer fans it can do about 9KW, but I think we should expect that to vary with environmental temperature. I may have gotten diginow and emotorwerks backwards in that first sentence.
I'm told #3 might be delivered soon. I'm #13. When mine is ready, I plan to go down to emotorwerks in San Carlos to pick it up. IIRC they had hoped to begin delivering them in November but there have been some delays. I guess they want to get the programming and interfaces right before they release too many into the wild. They may be prioritizing people with models and years they hadn't previously tested.
Communication could be better. They offered me a refund when I made that point elsewhere, I must have sounded dissatisfied, but I declined. A 9KW will let me do my 200 mi round trip commute days, with a meal break each way, on a Zero instead of on gasoline- that's very valuable to me and I'm impatient to get there.
