My FXS did the same thing. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. It reset and resumed charging but was at 91%. Has been really cold here but warmed up today. Gonna check it in a few and see where it's at.

My 2014 S did that once when I reprogrammed the eco (custom) and then shut the bike down before riding it as I normally do. When I turned it back on the following day, the display went berserk like that until I turned off the ignition and turned it back on again. I learned a lesson that time and ever since then when I reprogram the custom mode using the Zero app, I always go for a ride for a short distance and have never had that problem again. I think the bike takes a while to fully complete the reprogramming sequence.

Once last December I had a similar display, but this time the red warning light was on, too.  So I unplugged the charger and plugged it back in and have never had that issue again.  Looking in the owner's manual it appeared to be an indication that the on-board charger failed a self-test. My bike has had about 400 charges so far and that has only happened once.  My garage was about 50 degrees F at the time, too.

Your bike is fully charged (solid green plug/battery dash led light) vs flashing which means charging.

The flashing dash should go away when you unplug the bike and turn it on.  It just means somehow it lost CAN communication at some period.  It shouldn't happen but its not going to hurt anything.
