Workshop dolly: TOO BIG to store, and I have to move it a couple hundred feet between elevator and office.

Furniture sliders: Tried 'em, don't work too well, the rear wheel doesn't lock and the floor is too uneven.

I was thinking of getting a 12V electric tire pump, and keeping it in the fairing.
I could deflate the tires on arrival, and then reinflate the tires when leaving.
