Paris SWAT Police get Zeros
« on: September 25, 2015, 11:02:40 PM »

The special unit from the Paris police, the SWAT equivalent, took delivery of their first Zero DS bikes, which according to the info have been extensively modified (but without saying what has been changed).

(faces of the cops have been pixel out)

Are those pixels or silk stockings over their heads?   :o

I find it interesting that the top boxes have passenger pads on them.  Are the SWAT guys planning to ride two-up when raiding the local U.S. wine importer?   ;D

Pixels, unless they have some serious vices.. ;-)

Maybe the pillion pads is for quick arrests and bring'em to jail. Or having a gunner sitting behind them.

Normally, DSP's have flashing LED lights on the side of the tanks. I think these are standard DS's that have all the accessories added on, hence the modification comment. I saw something about this on the Zero owners facebook page. Very cool.
