Pikes Peak International Hill Climb 2015
« on: February 14, 2015, 06:04:38 PM »

I have been seeing some messages from various people announcing their participation in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb 2015.

So I thought to open a thread here to keep track of all the electric bikes participating and their progress.

So far:
Buckeye Current Racing
Hollywood Electrics / Brandon Nozaki Miller

Let's hope many more will join!

Not a bike but still an interesting contender with more than 1MW of power!

Dang, I was expecting to see a "Mr. Fusion" mounted behind the driver.  I hope that 50 kWh battery pack gets them across the finish line.

Now I just need to figure out the logistics of getting my trip to Denver this summer to coincide with the race.  These are very exciting times for electric vehicles!

I'm starting to think about possibly going to this event.  There are a LOT of logistics to work out, but I think it would be a fun challenge to ride all the way out there.
