Because of the delays in shipping, I notified Zero Motorcycles that I would like to have my deposit refunded on Sept. 1st. Almost three weeks later I still haven't received it. I've called and emailed. Has anyone else had a problem getting their deposit back?

radams, I called Lise' McCarthy when I asked for my refund, and she got it back to me within a few days.  She seems very reliable.  I did have to convince her that I wasn't going to change my mind.  I got some help in this from my rep, TJ, who realized that EM already had my money.  If you send Lise' some of your Brammo pictures, that should go a pretty long way in convincing her!

PS How's the Brammo doing?

I didn't have any trouble getting my deposit back. Took about 5 days.

Well, I got an email today from Zero that my refund has finally been processed. It sounds like some people were on vacation and it slipped through the cracks.
