2014 EICMA show
« on: November 04, 2014, 09:29:03 PM »

The 2014 EICMA motorcycle show in Milan, Italy, is just getting underway.  Here is the first video showing the show being assembled.  The video is short and fun to watch:

For anyone who hasn't been, it should be a requirement for any biker. A sort of a Haj Mecca, mandatory for all bikers at least once in a lifetime.

It's so enormous, that it's difficult to get people to understand how big the show is. Every other exhibition pales compared to this. As a journo, we measured a few years back that in the 3 days (Monday are special invite press events), we walk between 50 and 70 km, usually with heavy gear which gets heavier after every press conference.

There are so many manufacturers there that you get dizzy.

If you ever have a chance to go... DO IT.
